“I will dedicate the victory to my father,” says Cristina Filgueira, favorite to the title of Expoacre 2025 Rodeo Queen

With the final of the dispute for the Crown of Rodeo da Expoacre 2025, a candidate has already won the heart of the public: Cristina Filgueira, from Rio Branco. With 33.76% of the votes in a poll by Contilnet, she became the favorite of the population to receive the track on Thursday (24), during the ceremony that officially opens the rodeo of the largest agricultural fair in the state.

In an interview granted before the grand final, Cristina talked about the thrill of leading the vote:
“My God, the feeling is of great gratitude. Just getting here and still being elected the favorite, it’s already a huge award. I’m very, very happy and confident,” he said enthusiastically.

With the nerves at the flower of the skin and the heart fast, she revealed that she has prepared intensely for the decisive moment.
“Yesterday I stayed until 11 pm training. I’m here with knee and column throbbing, but keeping the posture, believing that everything will work,” he said.

If winning, Cristina already knows who will dedicate the achievement: “To my father. I’m here for him. He died in 2022 and always accompanied me in everything. If I win this award, it will be an extremely hot victory to feel. Go to him, to my family and all the friends who supported me here.”

The final of the Rainha do Rodeio contest is being broadcast live this Thursday (24), directly from the auditorium of Detran, with coverage of the Contilnet portal and production of the audiovisual orna.
