The Acre Penitentiary Administration Institute (IAPEN) and the State Department of Administration (SEAD) called those approved in the Public Tender governed by Notice No. 001/2023 for medical inspection, delivery of documents and possession. The call was published in the State Official Gazette on the morning of Friday (25), as provided in Notice No. 086 Sead/IAPEN.

Candidates were appointed through Decree No. 10,938-P of July 23, 2025. The call includes candidates from various regions of the state, including Baixo Acre, Juruá, Purus and Tarauacá/Envira, for positions as administrative and operational technician, social worker, civil engineer, criminal execution specialist and psychologist.
For medical inspection, the summoned shall arrange for medical reports issued within 90 days prior to the presentation. The required exams include cardiac assessments (with chest and X-ray), neurological, ophthalmological, infectological, psychiatric and orthopedic (with spine X-ray), as well as complete blood count and fasting blood glucose. The presentation should be made by August 7 at the State Official Medical Board in Acreprevidência, Rio Branco, or in Cruzeiro do Sul on July 31 and (7) August.
The delivery of documents should be held by August 8 (8), at IAPEN headquarters in Rio Branco or at the Manoel Neri Prison Unit, in Cruzeiro do Sul. The list of documents includes 3 × 4 photo, personal documents, education proof, negative certificates, proof of bank account at Banco do Brasil, as well as several statements available on the Sead website.
The inauguration of the approved will take place on a date and place to be disclosed later, with a maximum period until the day (25) of August, as determined by the appointment decree.
