Despite teachers’ preference, an official report – prepared by the Public Policies Planning and Evaluation Center (Planap) at the request of the Ministry of Education and released this week – recognizes the difficulty of controlling the use of mobile phones in large schools or various teaching cycles, a situation aggravated by the lack of personnel in establishments.

What provides for the new rule
Last year, the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation (MECI) recommended that of education, that is, until 12, but from September the recommendation will pass the rule.
