High temperatures and strong wind are hindering the fight against forest fires that affect various countries on the Mediterranean coast.
In Türkiye, the government declared two western provinces of the country as catastrophe zones. According to the minister do Interior, at least 13 people have died since late June.
Ten of these victims were firefighters, who lost their lives last Thursday as they fought the flames. More than 300 houses were destroyed.
