Moisturizing mask with avocado and honey
Avocado is a real treasure for our skin. Contains vitamins A, C and E, which are moisturizing ,. Honey has antibacterial and soothing properties. The combination of these two ingredients is an ideal proposition for dry and tired skin.
Recipe:
- 1/2 of mature avocado
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Avocado crush with a fork to a smooth mass, add honey and mix thoroughly. Apply to cleansed face and neck skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.
Refresh mask from cucumber and yogurt
Cucumber is an excellent ingredient for the summer. It has moisturizing, cooling and soothing properties. On the other hand, natural yogurt contains lactic acid, which gently exfoliates dead skin, refreshing and brightening the complexion.

- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt
