According to the MPE complaint, allegedly Nikolas Ferreira would have used the social networks and accused of then candidate Fuad Jorge Noman Filho (PSD-MG) of exposing children to improper content.
The goal would be to harm the image of the candidate for reelection and favor Bruno Engler, opponent in the second round. Noman won the elections, but died of cancer in March this year.
