Koldo García, who investigates the Supreme Court, instructed a man and a woman to listen to socialist leaders sub -ptia. The scene takes place in October 2016, in the middle of the PSOE crisis after the resignation of Pedro Sánchez as general secretary. This is included in two audios intervened to Garcia himself and that has just been incorporated, along with tens of thousands of sound files, to the cause instructed by the magistrate Leopoldo Puente and those who have had access to the country.
These audios have already been analyzed in the last year and a half by the Central Operating Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard and have served to prepare reports incorporated into the cause, including which, last June, revealed the involvement of the former secretary of Organization of the PSOE Santos Cerdán in the alleged amaño of works in exchange for commissions during the stage of Ábalos in the Ministry of Transport. Until now, the Court had only facilitated to the defenses and accusations the audios that the UCO has considered of interest, but both García and Cerdán’s defense had claimed to access all of them. The judge, finally, agreed and the court cited last Friday to the parties. The result is more than 20,000 sound files created, at least, since 2013 that include from Audios recorded by Koldo García with those involved in the plot to all the audio messages that this exchanged with their contacts through WhatsApp and even the music and sound archives that had downloaded on their devices.
Although the relevant audios for the investigation had already been supposedly incorporated into the cause, among the thousands added now there are some unpublished ones that contain information of interest to know how Koldo García worked before and after becoming an advisor to Ábalos in the ministry. In one of those audios, for example, the one who two years later would be an advisor to the Ministry of Transportation is heard, give indications to his collaborators on how to launch the mobile phone recorder: “Now he is recording again, do you see? The objective is that they could obtain an audio of what two people called Javier and Guzmán spoke while eating in an unidentified restaurant and for what the two spies had to sit at a nearby table. In the second, seen that the audio obtained by these is heard badly because of the ambient noise and of the on the local televisions, García is heard to know all the details they remember from the conversation that these two people have maintained and, above all, who they criticized. “I want to know any detail you can remember,” he claimed

During their conversation, Garcia insistently asks the couple about the people to whom the two espados referred to, although the two collaborators admit that they have only heard fragments of the conversation because those spoke in a low tone. However, next to the name of “María”, those of “Santi” also leave [supuestamente, Cerdán, ya que el exasesor se refiere a él en otros audios recuperados de esta manera] and “Susana”. At this point, Garcia wants them to clarify if they refer to “Susana de Zaragoza”, in reference to Susana Sumlzo, leader of the PSOE of Aragon, or Susana Díaz, then president of Andalusia and great political rival of Pedro Sánchez, with whom the General Secretariat of the Party would be played shortly after, but the couple is not able to clarify it. “No fucking idea, there I don’t know,” says one of them who later affirms that the two spied did not know “the Susana to which they referred. “Of course, because if not, the other had to have asked what Susana,” the other emphasizes.
In his story, the collaborators highlight the reaction of the spied when on the television of the restaurant came information about Pedro Sánchez. “I don’t know what Pedro Sánchez has said. At one point in the conversation, the collaborators point to Garcia that one of the spied, Javier, will go to “the meeting that you have in Madrid.” The exassor of Ábalos clarifies that he refers to the “Federal Committee [del PSOE]”

Almost at the end of the conversation, and compilation mode, Garcia insist his interlocutors again on the names that have cited the two spied. “Ok, let’s see, within all this, any more detail that you have managed to remember?” He tells them.

K. G.: Susana, María and Santi.
The recording ends with Garcia giving an account to a fourth person, who is not heard, of what his collaborators have told him, who are still present. “The tone of voice they used [los espiados] It was, as they interpret it, of criticism … Faltón towards María and Santi, who do not know who Santi is, but well, that they criticized him.
