The cottage cheese grandmother is . From the first bite she will be loved by people who have a weakness for cheese pastries. Most importantly, this dough gets quickly and easily – you can get the mass with a melaxis, but also by hand. Check a simple recipe.
As the name suggests, the main ingredient of the cottage cheese is, of course, cottage cheese. It’s best to buy a ground, cheesecake from a bucket. Ground cubes will also work. You can also try with cream ricotta cheese – if the whey is separated during the grinding, then squeeze it on a small strainer or gas.
This time we add oatmeal rich in fiber and valuable minerals to the dough. Nothing prevents you from using wheat flour alone. The remaining ingredients remain unchanged.
What ingredients do we need to make cottage cheese? Here is the exact list:
- 2 cups of wheat flour;
- 1/2 cup of ground oatmeal;
- 2/3 cup of sugar;
- 300 g of cottage cheese;
- 200 g of cold butter;
- 4 eggs;
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla pudding without sugar;
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract;
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder;
- Sick and half a lemon juice.
To start with, combine dry ingredients in a bowl, i.e. wheat flour, oatmeal, sugar, pudding powder and baking powder. Then add chopped, cold butter to them and knead the dough so that the crumble is formed.
In the next step, add the remaining ingredients, i.e. cottage cheese, eggs, vanilla extract, skin and lemon juice. Production all for a homogeneous mass.
Pour the prepared dough into two cakes smeared with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. You can also use a 26 cm cake tin or a 28 cm in diameter chimney.
Bake the cottage cheese in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 50 minutes, to a dry stick. Leave it in a device with ajar stroke for 10 minutes, and then remove and fool on the grill. Finally, you can sprinkle baking with powdered sugar or pour the chocolate coating.
