The first rule applied by sister Anastasia is to choose the right pickling cucumbers. The nun recommends varieties, i.e. Julian, Octopus, Botus or Andrus. Only they will come out firm and crunchy.
Another important rule applies to the preparation of the pickle. It has been accepted that we add 1 tablespoon of the pecunted stone salt for 1 l of water. This rule is not only responsible for the crunchiness of preserves, but also a properly sour taste.

Ingredients:
- 2 kg of ground cucumbers;
- 2 l of water;
- 2 tablespoons of pecunted stone salt;
- 10 dill canopies;
- 2 heads of garlic;
- 1 horseradish root.
Preparation:
To start with, soak cucumbers in cold water for an hour. At this time, we brew and dry the jars. Then put 2 cloves of garlic, 1 dill and a piece of horseradish in each of them.
