Ingredients:
- 4.5 cups of wheat flour;
- 1.5 cups of sugar;
- 1 cup of oil;
- 1 cup of warm milk;
- 100 g of fresh yeast;
- 4 eggs with room temperature.
Preparation:
To make a yeast dough, pour crushed yeast into a bowl. Add sugar to them, and pour the whole with oil.
In the next step, add the milk, add the beaten eggs and finally add the flour. Cover the bowl with a cloth and set aside in a warm place for 2 hours.
After this time, stir all ingredients and put the resulting mass to a baking tray previously smeared with butter. In this step you can decorate the dough or fruit.
Bake yeast dough in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for about 30-35 minutes, to a dry stick. It tastes great smeared with butter – nobody can resist it.
