Raspberries This is one of the tastiest summer fruits, in addition they have a lot of fiber, vitamins C and E, and valuable antioxidants. They work not only for a snack, but also as an acidic addition to desserts. Raspberry Chruśniak It is a delicious crunchy shortbread cake interspersed with a raspberry, sweet layer. It is not only tasty, but also very simple to prepare. Such a treat is ideal for a weekend coffee or tea dessert.
To prepare this recipe, you will need:
- 350 g of wheat flour,
- 200 g of butter,
- 150 g cukru,
- 2 yolks,
- 300 g raspberries + 1 tablespoon of sugar.
You can serve the finished dough with a knob of vanilla or cream ice cream and whipped cream. Be sure to decorate the top of the dough with a few fresh raspberries and mint leaves.
Chop cold butter with flour on the board, add yolks and sugar. Knead the dough quickly. Divide the dough into 2 parts – ¾ and ¼. Form balls of them, wrap them in aluminum foil and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
During this time, dry and rinsed raspberries on a strainer or paper towel.
Roll out the majority of the dough into a cake about 1 cm thick and put it with greased with butter and flour -covered tart mold (also sides). Spread raspberries on the dough and sprinkle with a spoonful of sugar.
Grate the rest of the dough on a thick grater and scatter raspberries on top.
Put the dough in the oven preheated to 170 ° C and bake for about 40-50 minutes until the top is browned beautifully.
Decorate the cooled dough with fresh raspberries and mint leaves.
