Some professions, which today seem indispensable, can simply cease to exist by 2030.

This is the conclusion of a recent report from the World Economic Forum on the future of jobs.

The rapid advance of technology, especially automation and from, is turning the job market into a record pace.

And if you still think this is far from happening, it’s time to rethink.

Many functions are already being replaced by machines, digital systems and automated care.

And while technology also creates new opportunities, certain professions are clearly with the days numbered.

6 Professions that risk disappearing by 2030

1. Graphic designers

With the advancement of automatic visual creation platforms and the popularization of artificial intelligence -based tools, such as editors with ready -made models and image generators, many design works are being done without the need for a human professional. Demand for graphic designers will not end completely, but tends to fall – especially in the most basic or repetitive work.

2. Bank assistants

Traditional banking is migrating to digital channels. Online applications and services already do what previously required an assistant in the bank. In addition, the closure of physical agencies and the growth of digital banks have been dramatically reducing hiring in this function.

3. Transport attendants

Tickets, windows and service points are being replaced by self -service totems, applications and service portals. Transport attendants – such as those who work on bus stations, train stations or airports – are being impacted directly. The tendency is for this type of service to be increasingly digitized and remote.

4. Accountants

Automated accounting solutions are already in the market and have been growing. Small and medium -sized companies have migrated to platforms that make financial management, issuance and tax calculation automatically. With this, the performance of the traditional accountant is more restricted to consulting areas or complex situations, which reduces the overall demand.

5. Supermarket boxes

This is perhaps one of the most threatened professions in the short term. Supermarkets and retailers already adopt automatic boxes and payment systems by QR code or application. In many cases, the customer himself scanns the products and finishes the purchase alone. This dramatically reduces the need for professionals in this function.

6. Administrative assistants

Tasks such as archiving documents, schedule commitments, organizing reports and answering calls are increasingly being made by management software, bots and virtual assistants. The role of the administrative assistant tends to be absorbed by technologies that perform these functions faster and less costly for companies.
