The licensed federal deputy (PL-SP) thanked on Saturday (26.Jul.2025) to the senator (PL-RJ) for arguing that the government of Italy welcomes her. Zambelli left the Brazilian territory after being sentenced by the Supreme Court (STF) to 10 years in prison.

Zambelli was sentenced on May 14 unanimously from the 1st class of the Supreme Court for the crimes of ideological falsehood and invasion of qualified computer device. The total penalty is 10 years of imprisonment, initially closed, in addition to 200 fine days and compensation of R $ 2 million for collective moral damages.

On June 4, Moraes decreed the arrest of the deputy after she announced that she had left Brazil. The minister also determined that the inclusion of Zambelli in Interpol’s red diffusion and blocked his passports, bank accounts, investments, vehicles, real estate and social networks.
