With pork it is a simple and proven way for a quick dinner for the whole family. Their preparation does not require much time or sophisticated ingredients. Inside it hides Aromatic stuffing made of ground pork, fried onion and garlic, seasoned with marjoram, salt and pepper. It is these additions that make meat full of taste.

The pancakes in this edition taste great with homemade garlic, dill or tomato sauce. Simple salads also match the dish – fresh cucumber salad, a sauerkraut snack or a carrot with apple. It is a dish that is juicy, filling and tastes to almost everyone. It also tolerates reheating, so it will work for lunch for work or for dinner the next day.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of milk,
  • a glass of sparkling water,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 2 cups of wheat flour,
  • 2 tablespoons of oil,
  • 400 g of ground pork (e.g. shoulder, neck),
  • onion,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • Salt, pepper,
  • marjoram,
  • 2 tablespoons of frying butter.

Method of performance:

Prepare the cake. In a large bowl, mix milk, sparkling water, eggs and a pinch of salt. Gradually add flour, stirring constantly with a whisk until a smooth, quite rare dough is formed. Add oil and mix again. Set aside for 10-15 minutes to make the dough “rest”.

Heat a pan with a little fat and fry thin pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Put on a plate.

Then Make a stuffing. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Put the finely chopped onion and fry until gold. Add garlic squeezed through Prague and fry for a while. Then add the minced meat and fry until it is completely rubbed and slightly browned. Season with salt, pepper and marjoram as desired.

Apply a portion of stuffing on each pancake and wrap in an envelope (first sides inside, then roll it into a roll). Finally, heat some butter or oil in a frying pan and fry the pancakes on each side until golden, crunchy. Thanks to this, they will have an appetizing skin.

Pork pancakes taste great with mushroom, tomato or garlic sauce. You can also serve them with your favorite salad.
