Rebels in the Sudan set up its own government

Khartum-In the civil war against the Sudanese military, a rebel alliance led by the RSF militia has drawn up a parallel government. The leader of the RSF, General Mohammed Hamdan Dagalo, was appointed chairman of the Presidential Council. Abdel Aziz al-Hilu, head of the SPLM-N, was chosen as his deputy.
