After being brought to court, a restraining order of both the house and its inhabitants has been decreed. The investigation has been carried out by the Judicial Police team of the Civil Guard of Arganda del Rey.

The aporophobia, a term coined by the philosopher Adela Cortina, is the hatred, fear or rejection of people in poverty or homeless. Aporophobia can be considered a crime of hatred when, for example, physical aggressions occur to homeless people for the simple fact of being. It is punished with prison sentences from one to four years and fines of 6 to 12 months.
