Lieutenant Colonel told on Monday (28) to (Supreme Federal Court) that the document found by what was produced in an intelligence work of the 6th division of, in (RS).

The document was found in one of the seized pen drives with Lieutenant Colonel during search and seizure last year. He was called “Drawing Op Gype” and aimed to “restore the law and order through the resumption of legality and legal certainty and institutional stability”.
One of the goals set in the document was to “neutralize Min AM’s ability to act, in reference to. He also spoke of “holding the pre -trial detention of the supreme judges considered instability generators.”
The operating design also foresaw the creation of central crisis offices and in the states and the support for new presidential presidential.
Ferreira Lima said the document was not interpreted correctly by (Attorney General’s Office). According to the military, it was his function in the army intelligence structure to evaluate scenarios and think of solutions.

Ferreira Lima rules out the version of the Attorney’s Office. He told the Supreme Court that the document was a prospective scenario study provided for army instruction manuals. The goal he said was to use planning in an institutional way – not by clandestine roads, with military personnel disgusted with Lula’s election.
“It’s a totally hypothetical scenario. He doesn’t talk about eliminating anyone, he’s supported by legal norms,” he said. Ferreira Lima stressed that the document would need to be validated by a general to become a “planning guideline if he thought it was relevant in some way.”
“I was not doing anything hidden. It came from a conversation with my commander, I said I would do this scenario. When I went to introduce him, the priority was already. [de frente do quartel de Porto Alegre]”He added.
Hélio Ferreira Lima is a military man with a special forces and is part of the group of “black kids” targets of the PGR complaint about the coup plot. He became a target of the Federal Police in 2024 after investigators found messages interpreted as scammers between Lieutenant Colonel and Mauro Cid.
He was one of the army officers who met with former Minister Walter Braga Netto in the general’s apartment on November 12, 2022. Ferreira Lima, however, denied that the conversation had coup content.
Lieutenant Colonel is a defendant at the military nucleus of the coup plot. Besides him, nine other accused give testimonials to this Monday. They are (colonel), (reserve general), (colonel), (colonel), (lieutenant colonel), (lieutenant colonel), (lieutenant colonel), (lieutenant colonel) and (federal police).
