Senator Marcos do Val (Somos-ES) left Brazil for Manaus, using diplomatic passport to travel to the United States during the parliamentary recess, even after having the departure of the country denied by Minister Alexandre de Moraes of the Supreme Court (STF). In August last year, Moraes ordered the seizure of parliamentary passports, including the diplomatic, in addition to the blockade of $ 50 million in his account, as part of an inquiry that investigates offenses and attacks on investigators of the Federal Police.

Before boarding to the United States on May 21, Marcos do Val (Somos-ES) gave a threat speech to the Supreme Court Minister, Alexandre de Moraes. By having the word guaranteed by President David Alcolumbre, from Val said that a UN -linked body had convicted Moraes for crimes of human rights violations against himself

“I just wanted to inform all the senators present here that an international agency linked to the UN, the Interparlation Union – which has existed since 1800, with several Nobel Peace Prizes – condemned Minister Alexandre de Moraes for various crimes of human rights violations against Senator Marcos do Val. Convined. This commission will come to Brazil, not still set, to find out if Senator Marcos do Val continues to suffer the senator.

In the same speech, the senator reaffirmed that he is still being persecuted and having freedom violated due to the seizure of the passport. “And I already tell everyone that yes, I still be a political persecuted. And there were five crimes that this court judged and condemned unanimously, with 181 representatives of countries; 181 countries unanimously condemned Alexandre de Moraes for political persecution, which is a crime against humanity. Cool, the violation of the Constitution is here discriminated against one by one.

Senator Capixaba also assured colleagues senators that the minister is being seen around the world and was judged. Senator Marcos do Val (Somos-ES) issued an official note on Saturday (26/7), denying that he failed to comply with any court decision when leaving the country during the parliamentary recess. The clarification was published after the parliamentarian traveled to the United States, even after Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Supreme Court (STF), denied the request for a trip made by the defense of the senator.

According to the senator’s statement, the decision issued in the file of Petition No. 12.404 determined exclusively three measures: blocking of the parliamentarian’s social networks, prohibition of use of these platforms, even by third parties, and immediate delivery of passports, including the diplomatic. “There is no excerpt from the decision any part of the decision that prevents the senator from leaving Brazil,” says the note, signed by the parliamentarian’s advisory.
