The federal deputy (-SP) sent representation to the director general of, Andrei Rodrigues, asking for the resignation of the licensed deputy (PL-SP) of the staff of the institution.
The former president’s son is a PF clerk, removed to exercise the parliamentary mandate.
The motivation is Eduardo’s presence in the US, where he has acted with the US government for sanctions directed to Brazil, especially to Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Supreme Court (STF).
“It is a public and notorious fact that the police clerk, now removed, Eduardo Nantes Bolsonaro, currently licensed federal deputy, is in the US holding articulations with the government of that country to apply sanctions, taxes, economic penalties and hostile acts against Brazil and against national authorities,” says the representation of the psolist.
He recalls that Eduardo is the target of an inquiry from the Attorney General’s Office to investigate his conduct on charges of violation of national sovereignty.
Boulos argues that the federal deputy violated the legal regime of civil civil servants of the Union, which determines the dismissal for cases of crime against public administration, administrative misconduct, injury to public coffers and dilapidation of national heritage, or when the employee uses the position to gain personal or others, to the detriment of the dignity of the public function.
Last week, Eduardo made several criticisms of the PF ,. The attacks have generated reaction in the corporation, which can weigh on the decision of their dismissal.
The representation of Boulos must be sent by the PF Director-General to the Institution’s Corregedoria to establish administrative proceedings.
