Few things are more distant from the imagination of race and healthy life than cigarette, birite and unbridled use of medicines. However, the fastest growing theme circuit in Brazil is devoted to a compulsive consumer of these products –raul Seixas.
“Toca Raul” are 7 km tests (with 2 km walk), with a covers show from Baiano at the end of the work. The circuit this year goes through 12 cities – rather 15–, growth of at least 100% compared to 2024.
The next: in August, Mongaguá, and passes four; in September, Lagoa Santa; In November, Caieiras, in Greater São Paulo. The Santos Washington Reis, 63, a circuit organizer, has a degree in Physical Education, has been twice secretary of sports sports and has run a marathon with time “Pro” –2H28M52 in Buenos Aires in 1988. He is not “raul-seixista” and began to organize races in 1990. But he was guided by a dream, in the first dawn of 2018, which via multitudes.
