The summer dream tempts with a unique taste. My guests always take it

I love the fruits of summer – especially raspberries, perfectly combining sweetness and acidity. As soon as they appear, I am happy to make a cake Summer dreamI have a recipe from my mother’s quail. It is maximally simple and delicious.

Cake:

• 300 g of fresh raspberries,
• 200 g of wheat flour,
• 150 g cukru,
• 120 g of butter,
• 50 ml of milk,
• 50 ml of sour cream 18%,
• 2 eggs in size L or XL,
• 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder,
• 1 teaspoon of almond extract,
• ¼ teaspoon of baking soda,
• ½ teaspoon salt.

Crumble:

• 120 g of butter,
• 120 g of wheat flour,
• 80 g cukru,
• 80 g of brown sugar,
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon,
• ¼ teaspoon of salt.

Prepare the cake.

In a medium bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside

In a separate bowl, grate eggs with butter to combine. Add milk, cream, vanilla and almond extract. Whip the whole at low speed until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Slowly add dry ingredients to wet, mixing all the time.

Place the 20×20 cm mold with baking paper. Pour the dough into it.

Gently press the fresh raspberries into the dough.

Prepare the crumble.

Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix with you.

Add cold, cut butter cut into small cubes and rub them in your fingers until you receive the consistency of wet sand.

Spread the prepared crumble on top of the dough.

Put the whole in the oven set to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 35-40 minutes or to a clean stick.

Stand in form for 10 minutes, then remove them and move them to the checkered.

Serve summer dream warm or after cooling completely.
