Apple announced on Monday, 28, that it will close for the first time a retail store in China. In a statement on its website, the company said the unit located at Parkland Mall in the Zhongshan district of Dalian will end its operations on August 9.

Another store in Dalian will continue to operate normally. Apple also plans to open a new unit in Shenzhen on August 16, as well as opening a store in Anhui in January this year.
