Government Promise: Support of the new e -lar program will be applied directly at the time of purchase of equipment for all consumers.
With the new e -lar program-the government’s energy efficiency and thermal comfort, support for buying appliances will be applied directly at the time of purchase, unlike the most sustainable buildings support (PAE+S) in force.
Consumers will not have to advance with all the value and wait for the support. Instead, the equipment will be purchased with the discount already included in the final price, through agreements between the government and the appliance traders, advances this Tuesday.
The new model follows the logic implemented in the, which in 2024 were immediately applied to the acquisition, replacing the previous reimbursement system.
The e -lar will be universal, that is, it will be accessible to all consumersregardless of its socioeconomic condition.
The program will especially support the “replacement of stoves, ovens and inefficient or gas drivers with class A or higher electrical equipment,” a source from the Ministry of Environment and Energy to Business.
Although details about the exact values of support, percentages of reimbursement and maximum limits have not yet been disclosed, the government ensures that the implementation will be simple and transparent, unlike PAE+S, launched in 2023.
