The former BBB and businessman Eliezer, 35, showed this Monday (28) before and after his training routine and diet alongside his mother, Ana Beatriz. In addition to sharing records showing the transformation, he has revealed that he will continue the new routine.
“She got it! Actually, we got it together! Go to the side to see our before and after the day we started training together,” the former BBB started, who recently spoke about.
Eliezer said that besides training with Ana Beatriz, mother and son agreed to diet together.
“3 months that we do everything together, training, diet! My mother was over 120kg, could not climb stairs, could not lower and today until down the slide with moon she goes down,” wrote Eliezer, quoting her daughter with
The entrepreneur also explained how was the progress of the exercises during the process. “3 months ago it was hard to do the 10 minutes bike every day (that’s how we started), today 1 hour goes easy and then amendment in bodybuilding, gets weight!”
Finally, he was proud of Ana Beatriz’s feat: “That’s it mother, you got it! Congratulations all the merit and effort of you! And it’s not over, we just started!”
