Fire in Arouca requires the evacuation of a village and ends the Paiva's walkways

Update

Fire in the Aveiro district is the one that most mobilizes this morning. Paiva’s walkways were closed for security reasons and the coal ovens village was evacuated.

It continues to worry the fire in Arouca, Aveiro district, active since this Monday afternoon. This fire is the one that most mobilizes, with more than 500 operational on the ground, supported by more than 170 vehicles.

Firefighters hoped that night would help control the flames, but they continue to draw up and forced the village of coal ovens to evacuate, at dawn,according to Lusa source of the Subregional Command of the Porto Metropolitan Area.
