The 36th edition of the Guide Chicken Festival is back to the Guia Polydesportivo in Albufeira, for five days of animation around one of Algarve’s most emblematic flavors. From July 30th to August 3rd, the event again gathers gastronomy, handicrafts and music, promising well -spent nights with friends and family.
Organized by, with the support of the Parish Council of Guia, the City Council of Albufeira and local commerce, the party is one of the main cultural and gastronomic references of the county and the region.
The door doors open daily at 7:00 pm, and in addition to the famous chicken guide chicken, visitors will be able to explore the 17th handicraft show, where dozens of exhibitors present traditional products and creations linked to the algarve identity.
The musical component has a strong weight in programming, with performances by national and local artists over the five days:
