The ministers (environment) and (indigenous peoples) were invited to participate in the seminar “: a commitment to the lives that support the biomes”, alongside members of Congress and civil society.
In addition, the minister (women) and the president of COP, ambassador, should also be heard, as well as representatives of the (Landless rural workers movement), APIB (Articulation of Indigenous Peoples of Brazil) and Alana Institute, among other organizations.
The seminar will be held next Tuesday (5), in the House of Representatives. The initiative is from Deputies Dandara (PT-MG), Celia Xakriabá (PSOL-MG), Elcione Barbalho (MDB-PA), Duda Salabert (PDT-MG) and Dilvanda Faro (PT-PA).
The organization will be in charge of environmental committees, defense of women’s rights and indigenous and traditional peoples. At the event should also be launched the campaign “Without Woman has no climate”, one of the structuring axes of the Climate Justice debate.
