Fish casserole with leek is an interesting dish, which will certainly conjure up this often not very popular ingredient, especially for children. The addition of vegetables makes the whole very aromatic, delicate and slightly crunchy. A bit of cheese combines all the ingredients and makes the casserole slightly pulling, expressive and slightly spicy. You can successfully prepare the dish for 2 or 3 days, in case of heating it in the oven or microwave.

Ingredients:
- 8 fillets from tilapia or cod,
- 100 g of tart mozzarella,
- 2 large pores,
- 2 large carrots,
- 1/2 lemon juice,
- a bunch of dill,
- 2 tablespoons of butter,
- a tablespoon of rapeseed oil,
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt,
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
Method of performance:
Spread the fish fillets flat on the counter. Sprinkle them with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Reverse and repeat all activities. Finely chop the dill and sprinkle fish fillets with it.
Grate the carrots on a large grater, and cut the leek into thin slices.
Heat the butter in a frying pan. Add leek and fry it for 2-3 minutes, then add a carrot. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
Grease the heat -resistant vessel with olive oil. Spread a thin layer of vegetables and then put fish fillets. Cover them with other vegetables, and put pieces of mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
Put the fish casserole with leek in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Take the dish out of the oven and leave it 5 minutes before serving. Store the remains in the fridge, covered.
