These chops have a deep taste and a great consistency. It is a great alternative for people who do not eat meat, But even die -hard pork chop fans will appreciate their taste and consistency. It’s a cheap, simple and seasonal idea for dinner.

Mushroom chops can be prepared from one type of mushrooms or make a mixture. In this way we will get a fuller taste and aroma, so it’s worth combining e.g. Fresh boletus, buttermilk and mushrooms.

For this recipe we will need 0.5 kilograms of fresh. In addition, we must equip ourselves with:

  • 2 rolls,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 1 onion,
  • 60 g of breadcrumbs,
  • 100 g of vegetable oil,
  • sun,
  • pepper.

Preparing a tasty mushroom dinner is not difficult and it will not take us much time. The first step is to thoroughly clean the fungi. Then cook them until they are soft, strain and chop finely.

Soak the rolls in water, press them and combine them with mushrooms. We add eggs and finely chopped onion. Season the mass with salt and pepper. To enrich the taste, we can add a little chopped parsley to it.

We form from longitudinal mass, which should be coated in a broken and beaten egg and in breadcrumbs. Fry our chops in oil on both sides until golden.
