The data were measured by a Nexus Institute survey, conducted July 14 and 20, 2025, with 2,021 respondents. The margin of error is two percentage points.

On the other hand, disapproval is more expressive in profiles with higher income and education. Among those who have higher education, 52% disapprove of the court, a portion that reaches 58% in family income of more than 5 minimum wages.
In the cut by regions, the largest approval to the Supreme Court occurs in the Northeast (53%), while the lowest is in the Southeast (37%). There are also gender discrepancies: 52% of men disapprove of the work of the court, against 42% of women who have a negative view.
