Donald Trump was again at the center of attention, this time for a little worthy reason. He was filmed to make a glow during a golf game in Scotland and the video is running social networks at great speed. Known for bragging about his golf skills, the former president of the United States now sees his credibility in question.
Trump was in Scotland for a meeting with Ursula von der Leyen, where he discussed a new trade agreement with Europe. During a break in the negotiations, he decided to play a few strokes on the Trump Turnberry, a golf course he owns. He was accompanied by his son and the US ambassador to Scotland, Warren Stephens.
The controversy emerged after a difficult play, when the ball ended up to a complicated zone near a high grass sandbar. In the images you can see Trump approaching the golf cart, while two caddies go ahead. One of them, with red vest, drops a new ball discreetly in a more favorable position. The replacement passed almost unnoticed, but did not escape the watch out for the filming.
On social networks, the criticism was immediate. Many now call him “Commander in Cheat” instead of “Commander in Chief” in a clear reference to the gang.
Never trust a man that cheats at golf.
Trump’s caddy caught dropping a ball for him.I also heard he fucks kids. (Trump, not the caddy.)
