“Actions like this usually take years without any agreement or conclusion. The outcome shows the collaborative posture of the family, which ends a judicial controversy without being subject to the uncertainties inherent to the process,” adds Diamantino.
Tojal Renault Advogados also participated in the negotiation representing family members and advising Banco BTG Pactual, which will expand its participation in Eucatex, without changing the company’s control group.
