“K-Pop Warriors” becomes Netflix’s most assisted animation

After having several of his songs at the top of Billboard, Spotify and more, the movie “K-Pop Warriors” became the Original Netflix Animation more assisted on the platform.

The information was confirmed by the official streaming service profiles, which revealed that the film hit the brand of 61.1 million views. Launched on June 20, the film easily surpassed the previous production that held the post, the Animation “Leo”which reached the platform in 2023.

The movie ended up driving the bubble and conquering not only the top 10 of the most watched streaming movies, but also the famous Billboard Global 200in which it reached the 1st position. The ranking is focused on the songs that stood out in music streams and digital sales in over 200 locations around the world.

The film, members of Huntr/X Female Groupone of the most renowned names in the world of current music. Off the stage, the three venture into impossible battles against Earth-threatening demons, and use their musical talent to prevent them from destroying the planet.

However, with the rise of a mysterious male group of K-Pop, named Saja Boys, the girl’s life begins to crumble. Rumi, the group leader, begins to question her leadership and herself, and this could affect her with unimaginable ways.

Directed by Maggie Kang and Chris Appellans, the movie features names like Arden Cho, Mira Hong, Ji-Young Yoo, Ahn Hyo-Seop, Ken Jeong, Yunjin Kim and Daniel Dae Kim. In addition, production counts the musical performances of Jeongyeon, Jihyo e Chaeyoungfrom the group Twicewho make the voices of the protagonists when they sing.
