Seasonal salad is a really light and healthy addition to any dinner or an independent snack. Juicy, crunchy apples are perfectly combined with freshly grated carrotscreating a duo full of vitamins and energy. The greenhouse cucumber perfectly irrigates the body And adds freshness to the salad. The whole provides numerous vitamins and minerals, and herself oil – unsaturated fatty acids, which have a positive effect on the functioning of cardiovascular, nervous and immune systems. Ingredients:
- 350 g of sweet and sour apples,
- 200 g carrots,
- 200 g of greenhouse cucumber.
Dressing:
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil,
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice,
- a teaspoon of honey,
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard,
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt,
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
Additionally:
- parsley for decoration.
Method of performance:
Wash and peel the apples (although if you want, you can also leave it). Remove the seed nests and cut the pulp into thin posts.
Peel and grate the carrots on a large grater.
Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix initially.
Prepare dressing by mixing all ingredients to combine. Pour the salad with the prepared sauce and mix well.
Serve the seasonal salad cold, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
Store the dish in the fridge, in a tight container and use within 3-4 days.
