Among traders who do not signed the indemnity, according to CDHU, there are those who are removed for health reasons, others who need to update documents and those who still study the proposal.

For three months, the area occupied by the community has been vacated by Tarcisio management, which promises to build a park on site. According to the government, 453 families have already moved from the Moinho favela.
