According to the report, released on Tuesday (29.Jul.2025), the performance was driven, in particular, by optimizing the concessionaire portfolio. The company mentions the contractual renegotiation of BR-163, which resulted in a positive fiscal impact of R $ 480 million in the quarter.

Another factor that contributed to the advancement in profit was the beginning of the collection in 5 toll plates of the PRVIAS concession, in Paraná, from June 28. In addition, the company highlighted the closure of the barges operation in Rio de Janeiro, considered to be harmful to the company’s financial performance.
