One of the targets of the operation was Adriano Marrocco, former president of the DF Regional Accounting Council and member of the Federal Accounting Council.
The Federal Police say that Morocco represents the “political force of Moriá”, highlighting his participation in elections of the Federal District and his relations in the political environment.
According to PF, Adriano Marrocco and Izalci Lucas “apparently nourishes a very close relationship.”

The suspect identified by the Federal Police is that the Moriá Association diverted resources from parliamentary amendments through the subcontracting of companies that provided services to the digital game circuit.
About 90% of the amount received by Moriá was passed on to outsourced companies, according to the CGU (Comptroller General of the Union).
Two of the subcontracted companies would be linked to Adriano Marrocco and his wife, according to the investigation. One of them is the couple’s accounting office; Another, a company called Alphatec, of which they were partners until July 2024.
The PF report says that the deviations occurred as follows: Moriá received resources from parliamentary amendments, chose outsourced companies and signed “Spurious Agreements” for the overpricing of contracts.
To prevent further deviations from occurring, Minister Flávio Dino decided to kidnap the investigated assets and the blockade of companies’ bank accounts in the amount of $ 25 million.
