Slightly spicy, with a sweet note, perfect for jars. Healing as the taste of summer

When the pepper season is fully, it is worth trying to stop the summer in a jar. My way to do this is to prepare a delicious dish – Healing for jars.

It is slightly spicy, slightly sweet, just perfect. Prepare them now, and at any time you will only heat and it’s ready. Pride.

  • 3 red peppers,
  • 1 yellow pepper,
  • 2 large onions,
  • 10 cloves of garlic,
  • 5 tablespoons of oil or olive oil,
  • 200 ml of apple juice (preferably without the addition of sugar),
  • after 1 and ½ teaspoon of salt and ground black pepper,
  • sugar to taste,
  • 1 teaspoon of dried chili (in petals).

Peel the onions and cut them into cubes. Peel and chop the garlic. Wash the peppers, remove the products with seeds and cut them into strips.

Heat oil in a large pot or in a wide pan. Put onions and garlic, fry for a while, then add chopped peppers. Season with salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar and dried chili. Pour apple juice. Wait for the whole to boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

About ⅓ remove the vegetables from the pot and mix smoothly. Pour back into the pot, mix and boil the whole again.

Prepare jars, they should be scalded and dry. Apply hot healing to them, turn off thoroughly. Turn the jars upside down and leave until they cool down completely. Then move them to a cool storage space.
