If you are looking for an idea for dinner, which is simple to prepare, it tastes special, and at the same time surprises, these minced cutlets with mushrooms It will be an excellent option.
Juicy, well -seasoned meat, aromatic stuffing from mushrooms, cream and cheese – it sounds delicious. Just bake them in the oven.
- 400 g of minced pork meat,
- 400 g of minced beef meat,
- 2 large mushrooms,
- 1 green onion,
- 50 g of grated cheese,
- 1 egg,
- ½ onion,
- 3 tablespoons of cream 18%,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper.
Additionally:
Finely chop the green onion.
In a large bowl, mix both types of meat, green onion, salt, pepper and egg.
Chop the onion and cut the mushrooms into slices or half slices. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the onion. First fry it for 2-3 minutes, then add mushrooms and continue frying for the next 2-3 minutes.
Add cream to the mushrooms. Mix, cover the pan with a lid and fry the whole for about 5 minutes on low heat. Remove and mix in the cheese.
Put the baking tray with baking paper. Take a handful of meat mixture and form flat balls from it. Put them on a baking tray and then gently make a cavity in the middle. In the inside, put a spoonful of mushroom stuffing.
Put minced cutlets with mushrooms in the oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius and bake for 40 minutes. Serve the dish hot, preferably with a starchy and light salad.
Store the remains in the fridge, in a tight container. Use within 3 days.
