This week launched the “AI and Communication Decalogue”, a set of guidelines that guides the ethical and effective use of artificial intelligence in journalism.
The document brings together ten principles, including: ethics and transparency in the use of AI, human protagonism in editorial decisions, combating misinformation, personalization with responsibility and encouraging narrative innovation.
The decalogue also proposes the use of AI as an ally in investigative journalism. The full version is available
To discuss the theme, Editored has gathered prominent figures from Ibero-American journalism in the Webinar, which discussed how the newsrooms are incorporating artificial intelligence, its benefits, risks and the limits of human role in journalism.

According to her, the strategy from the beginning has been double: stimulating the conscious use of AI by journalists and ensuring that human supervision remains central to all processes.
