At least six people died and more than 50 were injured in a massive attack launched on Wednesday night by Russia, as reported on Telegram the governor of the kyiv region, Timur Tkachenko.
Among the deceased there is a child of only six years, according to Tkachenko, who had initially informed of the death of two people.
Thirty of those injured in the attack – which has caused damage to 27 different places from four districts of the Ukrainian capital – have been hospitalized and seriously, according to the governor, who added that the balance of deaths could increase in the next few hours.
The Ukrainian president, has published on Telegram a brief video in which debris and a damaged building are seen. “kyiv. Attack with missile. Direct in a residential building. Under the rubble there are people. All services are in the place. Russian terrorists,” says the message of the president who accompanies the video.
