Health Insurance Company Dôvera and Hospital with Polyclinic (NsP) Prievidza based in Bojnice agreed on a new contract. Thus, policyholders of trust have guaranteed full health care even after 31 August. TASR informed the PR specialist of the insurance company Matej Štepiansky on Thursday. According to Štepianske, the new healthcare agreement will be signed in the coming days.

“We have good news for health insurance policyholders Trust and Patients of the Bojnice Hospital. After weeks of negotiations and mutual explanation of opinions, we reached a new joint contract,” The hospital director Peter Glatz announced.

According to him, the new treaty improves the conditions for the work of the hospital after years so that it can provide policyholders of this private insurance company faster and extensive care. “We are pleased to reach a solution that will benefit all the inhabitants of Upper Nitra,”He added.

The conclusion of a new contract with the Bojnice hospital was also highlighted by the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the insurance company Martin Kultan. “We are glad that the hospital has understood our arguments and accepted our helpful steps, which mean the continuation of good cooperation in favor of patients. Together with our support for the emergence of new outpatient clinics, this is additional good news for policyholders and policyholders in the Prievidza district”He said.

Bojnice hospital terminated the contract to the private insurance company on 30 May. At that time, Glatz justified the decision with insufficient payments that he believes are in dismistak with other hospitals. He claimed that the Bojnice hospital is one of the most powerful hospitals of the second type in Slovakia, which he believes does not deny even the insurance company. “In some cases, we receive hundreds of euros lower than others, which in our performance for a year goes up to millions that we will honestly work. Just no one will pay us,” he said.

The hospital argued at the termination of the contract with the capacity of departments and urgent income, which ends with life -threatening car accidents, heart attacks, sudden stroke and injuries or poisoning from all over Upper Nitra. She explained that, in the absence of money, she would have to reach for less critical parts of her services.
