Morumbi is a leader in residence theft
Morumbi was the region that most recorded theft of homes in the first quarter of this year, according to statistics from the Security Secretariat. The large number of high standard properties associated with the low circulation of people on the streets in some periods of the day and the night favor the action of gangs. There were 9 cases from January to March, two less than in the same period of 2024, when the region was already at the top of the list.
