The table, chaired by (-PB), declared the loss of mandate of seven federal deputies based on a decision of the (Supreme Court) that changed the distribution of chairs among the parties in the 2022 election.
The decision published on Wednesday (30) reaches the deputies Silvia Waiãpi (PL-AP), Gilvan Máximo (Republicans-DF), Augusto Puppio (MDB-AP), Lebran (Brazil-RO Union), Professor Goreth (PDT-AP) and Sonize Barbosa (PL-AP).
In actions filed by the parties Somos, PSB and Network, the STF understood that even subtitles that had not reached the barrier clause could participate in the distribution of remaining vacancies, the so -called leftovers, in the distribution of chairs of the House.
With this, the former DF governor Rodrigo Rollemberg (PSB-DF), as well as André Abdon (PP-AP), Paulo Lemos (PSOL-AP), Rafael Bento Pereira (Somos), Tiago Dimas (Somos-to), Aline Gurgel (Republicans-AP) and Professor Marcivania (B-AP), were called in the House.
