Many aftershore still shake Russian peninsula Kamchatka

Moscow/Los Angeles/Tokyo – After the violent quake 8.8 in front of the Kamchatka peninsula in eastern Russia, the earth does not come to rest there. On the night of Thursday (local time), international earthquake hosts registered numerous aftershocks, many with a thickness of well over 5 and at a low depth of only about ten kilometers. Further aftershock could follow in the next few weeks.
