TIM Brasil released on Wednesday (30) normalized net income of R $ 976 million in the second quarter, growth of 25% compared to the same period last year, according to the results report.
The profit before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) standardized by the telecommunications company expanded 6.3% at the annual base, to R $ 3.35 billion, in the second quarter, almost in line with an average estimate of analysts of R $ 3.36 billion, according to data compiled by LSEG.
In the second quarter, Net Revenue from Tim Brasil, controlled by Telecom Italia, grew 4.7%year by year, totaling R $ 6.6 billion, with advancement in the mobile service line (5.6%), but retreat in fixed service (-2.8%).
