United States President Donald Trump said on Thursday that he agreed with Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum to extend an existing trade agreement with Mexico for 90 days and continue conversations during this time to sign a new agreement.
“Mexico will continue to pay a 25% fentanyl rate, 25% on cars and 50% on steel, aluminum and copper. In addition, Mexico agreed to immediately end their non -tariff trade barriers, which were many,” Trump said in a social truth publication.
