The municipality of São Brás de Alportel distinguished the company Zlar – Management and Administration of condominiums with a vote of praise, in recognition of its 20 years of uninterrupted activity, marking its pioneering in the sector, entrepreneurial spirit, dedication and relevant contribution to the local and regional community.
The distinction ceremony took place last Tuesday, July 29, marking the two decades since the company was founded, on May 20, 2005, by the São Brasense Emanuel Jesuino, with the support of several partners. Zlar was born, according to the municipality, of a pioneering gesture, and has consolidated over the years as a reference in condominium management throughout the Algarve region.
According to, the company knew how to overcome numerous challenges with perseverance, professionalism and teamwork, maintaining an active presence in several municipalities of the Algarve and currently counting on hundreds of customers, employees and partners. Along its way, Zlar has contributed significantly to the valorization of the condominium administration sector and to the economic development of the county, reinforces the edition.
The vote of praise was approved at a municipal executive meeting on June 3, 2025, and constitutes, in the words of the municipality, a tribute to the example of entrepreneurship, resilience and commitment to the quality that Zlar represents.
The distinction is also described as a source of pride for São Brás de Alportel, for the company’s ability to assert itself in a demanding sector and in permanent evolution.
