Ghislaine Maxwell, convicted of sexual crimes and ex-girlfriend of the late Jeffrey Epstein, was transferred to a minimum prison field in Texas, according to the Federal Department of US prisons.
Maxwell is now detained at Federal Prison Camp Bryan in Bryan, Texas, an installation that currently also houses Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes, who was convicted.
Last week she met with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche in a low security arrest in Tallahassee, Florida, where she was designated at the time. Blanche, currently the second in the Justice Department hierarchy, represented Trump in his criminal trial in New York.

President Donald Trump and Attorney General Pam Bondi responded rapidly to public pressure on the Epstein case, who died for suicide while being arrested in 2019, awaiting trial on accusations of sex trafficking. Trump recognized friendship with Epstein, but says she ended years before Epstein’s death.
Maxwell is currently a 20 -year sentence in prison for his role in helping Epstein sexually abusing underage women after being sentenced in 2021 for various accusations, including minor sex trafficking.
The Justice Department refused to comment on the two recent meetings Blanche had with Maxwell. Maxwell was summoned to testify in the Congress on Epstein and is demanding immunity in return. Its expected release date is July 2037.

At FPC Bryan, she will be surrounded by women who fulfill shorter feathers and who are less likely to be violent or to have gangs. The inmates of the field are housed in dormitories and have considerable freedom of circulation within the installation, according to Paperny, who has advised Shah.

“You just can’t leave,” he said.
