Soft, golden pancakes melt in the mouth, harmoniously combining with a creamy, slightly acidic filling from cottage cheese. This dish is not only easy to prepare, but also healthy and full of nutritional values that add energy for the whole day.
You will need: to prepare pancakes:
- 300 ml of milk,
- 130 g of wheat flour,
- 2 eggs,
- 2 tablespoons of sugar,
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter,
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract,
- 1 pinch of salt,
- Frying oil.
Filling Cracked fillingyou will do with:
- 400 g of lean curd,
- 2 tablespoons of honey,
- a decent pinch of cinnamon.
